Siden jeg var barn, da du kom ind I mit liv
Har du ændret tonerne, på mit livsmotiv
Jeg malede kun med varme farver,
Dog er det dit sorte lærred jeg arver
Må du, snart få fred

For nu ser jeg dig dagligt, og hører din stemme
mit sind du hjemsøger, selv når jeg er alene
Du har ødelagt mig, og forbander mig stadig
vi er sammenbundet, og evig uadskillelig
Det har formet mig, til den person jeg er
Syg, angst og med hævngerrige tanker
Dog lærte jeg glædeligt i processen,
At jeg kunne udtrykke mig gennem kunstinteressen
Må du, snart få fred

Min lyst at leve, svæver dagligt,
Mellem styrken til mine børn, og dit drænene svigt
Så jeg dedikerer dette sorgens digt til dig
For at fortælle, at jeg stadig søger en flugtvej
Jeg er i lænke, og har forsøgt at flygte
Men selv med nøglen, ville jeg stadig frygte
At se dig igen, bag de tårefyldte øjne,
Da vi er partnere i krig, sorg, had og løgne
Mit eventyr er skabt gennem mange historier
fortalt af dig, og dine syge fantasier
mit største ønske, er en ændring i fortid
At du ej trådte ind, i mit kun 6 årige liv
For nu ser jeg dig dagligt, og hører din stemme
mit sind du hjemsøger, selv når jeg er alene

Since I was a child when you came into my life
Have you changed the tones, on my life motif
I only painted with warm colors,
However, it is your black canvas I inherit
May you, soon, have peace

For now I see you daily, and hear your voice
my mind you haunt, even when I'm alone
You have destroyed me, and you still curse me
we are bound together, and eternally inseparable
It has shaped me into the person I am
Sick, anxious and with vengeful thoughts
However, I happily learned in the process,
That I could express myself through the interest in art
May you, soon, have peace

My desire to live, hovers daily,
Between the strength of my kids, and your drains failure
So I dedicate this poem of sorrow to you
To tell you that I'm still looking for an escape route
I'm in chains, and have tried to escape
But even with the key, I would still fear
Seeing you again, behind teary eyes,
Since we are partners in war, grief, hatred and lies
My adventure is created through many stories
told by you, and your sick fantasies
my biggest wish is a change in past
That you did not step in, in my only 6 years of life
For now I see you daily, and hear your voice
my mind you haunt even when I am alone
